Qigong (or ch’i kung) is an internal Chinese meditative practice which often uses slow graceful movements and controlled breathing techniques to promote the circulation of qi within the human body, and enhance a practitioner’s overall health. There are also many forms of qigong that are done with little or no movement at all, in standing, sitting and supine positions; likewise, not all forms of qigong use breath control techniques.

To continue about the regimen Rakesh had set me … 2nd Cultivation and Healing Sounds. I did that blood test after the fourteen days were over, and found that my cholesterol had dropped to 367 from 408. I can put this result only to Tai Chi as there had been no significant change in the medication.
I told this to Rakesh and he changed my routine again. Now it is 2nd Cultivation followed by Harnessing.
Am still feeling good and energetic!!
🙂
For the past twelve days I have been following a regimen that Rakesh advised, Second Cultivation and the Healing sounds for liver and heart. This was to reduce my cholesterol levels which are really high.
I have been practising regularly and while I still have to do the blood test, I am feeling much better. The inner irritation has disappeared.
Thank you Rakesh, Mother Nature.
🙂
He is good … but it took me a very long time to follow his words … and I still have to go back for more … thanks, but, Kannan

“All Chi Kung exercises are intended to improve health, increase energy, revitalize the body and mind, prevent or control disease, tone the internal organs, improve balance, reduce stress, boost the immune system, remove toxins, tone the muscles and tendons, uplift mood, contribute to longevity and provide an integrated mind-body practice leading towards enlightenment and harmony with the Tao. Take some confidence in this promise, “Every person who uses Qi cultivation methods consistently experiences some form of health improvement and personal access to greater energy and power”
